EU delivery is £15, Free on orders above £150.

Orders are shipped via a range of couriers depending on country. These include DHL, DPD, AN Post, UPS via a Delivered-Duties-Paid service, so your checkout shipping price includes all import duties, tariffs and handling fees; there should be no extra charges on delivery.

NOTE: Tax rules vary from country to country; the price is dependent on the country you are ordering from. For EU orders equal to or under €150 (excluding VAT), tax will be charged at checkout and not on arrival into your chosen country. The tax rate is dependent on the EU member state you are residing in, we encourage you to check this via the European Commission website. 

If your order exceeds the value of €150, any tax and import duties will be charged upon importation into your country, by your carrier. These charges are subject to the EU member state where the goods are being imported into and are out of our control. 

International Orders:

International delivery is £15, Free on orders above £150.

Weekend Orders:

Weekend Orders (Saturday-Sunday) will be processed on Monday.

Lost Orders:

We do not accept any responsibility for lost orders with Royal Mail, but please contact customer services if you believe your order has been lost and we will do our best to assist you.

Late Delivery

In the unlikely event that after 14 days you have still not received your order, please fill in our customer services enquiry form and we will be in touch. Please quote your order number. This appears on screen when you order and also on your order confirmation email.
